Teresa Wesson started with Bridge Salon as a stylist and trainer over a decade ago. She moved to Chattanooga from Knoxville, where she owned several successful salons.
Teresa directs our education at Bridge and trains our assistants and new talent. A master of color, she does a wonderful job of personalizing your hair color to suit your and style. Teresa's time in the beauty industry as a platform artist and National Color and Cutting Educator for L'Oreal Brands provides the attention to detail and creative drive that lend her clients to trust her expertise. Teresa loves art and poetry, and her art comes through in her work. You will leave renewed and in of the piece of artwork that is your hair. Teresa offers a dry cutting technique out of John Sahag salons in New York City, (demonstration of this technique on our in video format), as well as Matrix C.R.A.F.T. cutting. She has also trained extensively in razor cutting With UK stylist Vivienne MacKinder. Teresa is a Master Stylist, meaning that her cutting and coloring techniques demonstrate exemplary skill and artistic design. Her Haircutting methods include razor, shear, clipper (free hand) and what is known as "intuitive cutting", which breaks away from traditional, geometric methods (which she has mastered) and delivers a more artful, sculptured personalized haircut for her patrons. Teresa is a craft razor haircutter, and uses many methods and tools in craft haircutting.
She has worked on stage as a platform artist at trade shows for Matrix, Logics, and L'Oréal, and credits her creativity in hairdressing through working directly with some of the most talented hairdressers in the world : Nick French, Vivienne Mackinder , Ammon Carver, Luis Alvarez, Patrick McIvor, and Chrystopher Benson, to name a few.

Tammy is a master barber with over 30 years experience and was also an educator for the company Helene Curtis, professional beauty product manufacturer. She has worked in multiple high end salons in the Chicago, Atlanta, and other multitudinous areas doing men and women's hair design. Tammy has a kind, genuine and bubbly personality, caring for her guests in an authentic way. Tammy's level of focus and care for her guests, keeps them coming back for more of her refreshing transformations.
