New guests must hold their appointment with a credit card. If appointment is canceled within 48 hours by phone (during business hours), no charge will be placed on the card.
Returns: We do not allow returns on purchased hair products or cosmetics.
Reservation Policy: To reserve an appointment, a credit card authorization is required. In the event of a "no-show", or late cancel ( within 24 hours), the amount equal to the services booked will be charged to the credit card. (see price menu)
We accept cash as well as all major credit cards.
AVEDA Pure Rewards loyalty program is available at our salon for points as well as redemption. Please bring your card with
you or speak to us about how to be a member of this fantastic program by AVEDA.
