New guests must hold their appointment with a credit card. If appointment is canceled within 48 hours by phone (during business hours), no charge will be placed on the card.
Returns: We do not allow returns on purchased hair products or cosmetics.
Reservation Policy: To reserve an appointment, a credit card authorization is required. In the event of a "no-show", or late cancel ( within 24 hours), the amount equal to the services booked will be charged to the credit card. (see price menu)
We accept cash as well as all major credit cards.
